AutoReturn provides towing dispatch and related infrastructure services to San Francisco’s DPT and other municipalities nationwide. Unlike many competitors, AutoReturn aims to reduce an already frustrating experience, by offering fast and friendly service to consumers, while providing a highly customizable offering for municipalities.  As part of an initiative to expand their business, AutoReturn needed to establish a brand strategy and brand identity that would convey this new way of doing business.

Project Scope

Working with AutoReturn’s founders and leadership team, we helped define a brand strategy and messaging architecutre that helped humanize the experience for customers, while informing municipalities that there was a better way to do business. This led to a new brand identity, marketing materials, and complete overhaul of thier existing website— allowing consumers to search for thier towed vehicle, or browse vehicles that were for sale at auction.
